Our Service Area

Central Piedmont Urgent Care is a clinic dedicated to the local communities surrounding Siler City, NC and Randleman, NC. We provide emergency clinic services, scheduled appointments, and walk-ins, for most medical conditions and symptoms not concerning hospitalization. Our service area consists of the list below that are within reasonable driving distance for immediate medical needs. However, if you are located outside this service area seeking urgent care and wish to visit our clinic for any reason, we will gladly accept new patients.
